Why Thursday? Because the steam has run out through the week. Because the weekends can throw us all into the “take it easy” mentality and lead to a little bit of celebratory ‘I-deserve-itis’. When you are working on your Rice and Beans Mentality-you need to stay inspired and focused. When you don’t want to stick to your budget or you want to blow it off. When you think maybe you won’t get there so what’s the point…you need some inspiration to keep you on the path. This is the one I’ve got on my fridge with a magnet. Front and center.
